Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Pop. Last updated June 2026.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use Pop. Keep your login details secure and provide accurate information during onboarding.
Subscription & billing
Pop Club costs $18 per month, billed to your payment method through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
Cancellations & refunds
You can cancel anytime from your settings. Cancellation stops future billing; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions are non-refundable, including for partial months.
At the dinner
Pop matches you into a group and reserves a table. You pay the restaurant directly for your food and drinks. Please attend the dinners you book, arrive on time, and treat other guests and venues with respect.
Conduct
We have zero tolerance for harassment or unsafe behavior. We may suspend or remove members who put others at risk.
Liability
Pop facilitates dinners between adults who attend at their own responsibility. We are not liable for the conduct of guests or venues.
Changes
